What we do

Four services from one company. Take one, or let us handle all four so your brand, website, software and ads work as one.

Brand Identity

When you need it

  • Your business looks different on your truck, your website and your invoices.
  • You’re starting out and need a name and a look people remember.
  • Your logo doesn’t hold up small on a phone or large on a sign.

What’s included

  • A written brand questionnaire and a short brand direction
  • Logo design, with main, secondary and icon versions
  • Colors and typography
  • Brand guidelines
  • Everyday templates: business card, letterhead and invoice, social profile images
  • Vehicle, signage and print layouts, on request

What you receive

  • Final logo files in vector and image formats, in color, black and white
  • A brand guidelines document
  • Editable template files
  • Full ownership once the project is paid in full. Licensed fonts are purchased under your name.

Already have a logo? We can refresh what you have instead of starting over.

Websites

When you need it

  • Your website doesn’t bring calls or inquiries.
  • It’s slow, or hard to use on a phone.
  • You can’t update it without calling someone.
  • You don’t have one yet.

What’s included

  • Page structure and copywriting
  • Design for phone, tablet and desktop
  • Build and launch
  • Service and location pages
  • Search-ready setup: page titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap
  • Inquiry forms that reach your inbox
  • Analytics setup

What you receive

  • Your live website
  • Access to edit the content you need to change
  • The domain and hosting accounts in your name
  • The code, and full ownership once the project is paid in full

We write your copy in your brand’s voice, or refine the text you already have.

Typical timeline: most websites launch in two to four weeks from the day we receive your content. Your quote states the timeline for your project.

Already have a website? We can redesign it, rebuild it, or improve what you have.

Business Systems

When you need it

  • Your office re-types every inquiry from email, calls and forms.
  • Bookings live in text messages and paper.
  • You can’t see what’s happening in your business without asking someone.
  • Your tools don’t talk to each other.

What’s included

  • Inquiry and booking flows
  • An admin dashboard for your office
  • Customer records
  • Email notifications
  • User roles and permissions
  • Connections to the tools you already use

What you receive

  • A working system, set up for your business
  • Written documentation for your team
  • Accounts in your name
  • The code, and full ownership once the project is paid in full

Timeline: every system is different. Your quote states the timeline.

Advertising

When you need it

  • You want more calls, but you’re not sure your ads are set up right.
  • You’re spending on ads without clear reporting.
  • You’ve never run ads and don’t know where to start.

What’s included

  • A campaign plan based on your services, area and budget
  • Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) setup and management
  • Conversion tracking, so you can see which ads lead to inquiries
  • Ongoing campaign management
  • A monthly report in plain language

How the budget works

You set the ad budget and pay the ad platform directly. If you’re not sure what to spend, we’ll recommend a starting budget and you decide. Our management fee is separate and stated in your quote.

What we commit to

We commit to the work: planning, setup, management and clear monthly reporting. Ad results depend on your market, your offer and your budget, so we don’t promise a number of calls or sales.

One company, from brand to ads

When one company builds your brand, website, software and ads, nothing gets lost between suppliers. Your brand shows up the same everywhere, your website feeds your systems, and your ads send people to pages built to convert them. You deal with one company and one written plan.

How pricing works

Every project is priced to what it needs. Before any work starts, you receive a clear written quote covering the scope, timeline and payment stages. Payments are tied to delivered stages, so you never pay far ahead of the work.

Because Codeflux is a remote company, our prices don’t carry the overhead of a US agency office.

What affects the price: the number of pages or features, how much content we write, the systems we connect to, and the timeline.

After launch

Once your project is live, you can choose an optional monthly care plan. It covers:

  • hosting and domain management (hosting is billed to you directly by the provider);
  • updates and security fixes;
  • regular backups;
  • monitoring, so we know if something goes down;
  • two hours of small changes each month; larger work is quoted separately.

Support after launch is available through the care plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need all four services?

No. Many clients start with one. We’ll tell you honestly what you need and what can wait.

Can you work with my existing logo or website?

Yes. We can refresh, redesign or improve what you have, or start from scratch.

You’re a remote company. How do we work together?

Everything happens in writing: email and shared documents. We work across time zones, and every message gets a written reply within one business day. Every decision is documented, so nothing gets lost in a call.

Who owns the website and the code?

You do, once the project is paid in full. Domain and hosting accounts are set up in your name. Third-party items, such as fonts, stock images and plugins, stay under their own licences, which we list in your agreement.

How long does a project take?

Most websites launch in two to four weeks from the day we receive your content. Brand and systems projects vary. Your quote states the timeline for your project.

What do you need from me?

Your content — or the information for us to write it — and timely feedback at each stage. The faster we get approvals, the faster you launch.

How do I pay?

In stages, by invoice, as each stage is delivered.

Do you promise results?

We commit to delivering the work described in your agreement, to the standards written in it. We don’t promise business results such as rankings, calls or sales, because they depend on things outside our control.

Not sure which service you need?

Tell us what you’re trying to fix. We’ll recommend where to start.
