We started Codeflux by building. Alongside client work, we designed, built and launched our own platform, Clinic Orion, and we run it every day.
That shapes how we work for clients. We don’t treat a website or a system as something to hand over and forget. We build it the way we build our own: to be used, maintained and improved.

How a project works
Tell us what you need.
You send a short message through the Start form or by email. We reply in writing within one business day.
A clear quote.
We ask any questions in writing. Then you receive a quote covering the scope, what’s included, the timeline and the payment stages. Work starts when you approve it and pay the first stage.
Design and build in stages.
Each stage ends with something you can see and review. The number of revision rounds is stated in your quote. When you approve a stage in writing, we move on to the next, and its payment is due.
Launch.
We launch, hand over access and accounts, and walk you through everything in writing. From there, you can choose an optional monthly care plan.
Working with a remote company
Codeflux is a remote company, working across several countries.
- Communication:
- everything happens in English and in writing, by email and shared documents.
- Hours:
- we work across time zones, and every message gets a written reply within one business day.
- Payments:
- paid in stages by invoice, as work is delivered.
- Agreement:
- every project has a written agreement covering the scope, timeline, payments and ownership.
